Usually though, the blame is misplaced or overblown. It has become apparent to me that where blame goes is not as important as the fact that someone is blamed. Schools and government buildings are no longer allowed to have Christmas Trees, but they can have "Holiday" trees. Am I an idiot, or is it the same damn tree? Governors don't send out Christmas cards, they send out Holiday cards.
